The whitewashed village of C\u00f3mpeta is located in the green region of the Axarqu\u00eda to the east of the city of M\u00e1laga in Andaluc\u00eda. The region is known for its Moscatel wine, avocado and mango plantations. C\u00f3mpeta is surrounded by the Sierra de Tejeda and Almijara with the mountains La Maroma (2063m) and Cerro Lucero (1797m) part of the natural park with the same name. <\/p>\n
Around the village you will find many small white villages against the green slopes of the mountains with cozy squares in the always present sun with bars and narrow alleys where time seems to have stopped.<\/p>\n
