In January 2020 we came to C\u00f3mpeta for the first time. We were looking for a townhouse in Torrox, but the real estate manager wanted us to look at a house in the mountains. After having spent 1 1\/2 hour in the mountains around C\u00f3mpeta we felt very much at home and were totally convinced this should be our place to live. We were attracted by the climate, the mountains, the view over the sea, the people and the way of life here in C\u00f3mpeta.<\/p>\n
After spending years in Greenland, Jan running a business and Ann working in the healthcare sector, and at the same time raising 4 children, we decided in 2023 to move to Spain, to C\u00f3mpeta to be exact. We wanted to be near our elderly parents and our studying children, and to enjoy a warmer climate and shorter workdays.<\/p>\n
In 2024, we bought Casa Granada with the luxury studio-apartments C\u00f3mpeta Suites from the Dutchman Albert after he retired. He had run the apartments with great passion. We want to continue letting out this accommodation with great pleasure and dedication.<\/p>\n
We hope to welcome you in C\u00f3mpeta, spending a hiking -or cycling holiday, or simply relaxing at the foot of the Sierras Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama Natural Park!<\/p>\n
